Julie did her NOAA Holling's Internship at the NOAA GFDL with John Dunne and is looking at temperature and salinity distributions in different models.
Blaire Umhau is a UM class of 2013 Marine Sciences - Chemistry double major who is writing her senior honors thesis with me and Larry Peterson on Paleo perspectives on producivity in the South Pacific. Pictured are Blaire and Larry with half of a multicore collected by Will Berelson from USC on a cruise to the Eastern Tropical South Pacific in 2011.
