You need to DELETE your existing account, then add a new one to get your iPhone working.  When you work your way here to step 3, their are brief notes there about how to delete your existing account.

  1. Select Settings

  2. Select Mail, Contact, Calendars



     

  3. Before you select Add Account you need to delete your existing account.  On the page with Add Account, highlight your account name, select your account, and remove it.  Then go back to this Add Account page and select the Add Account item.

  4. Select Microsoft Exchange

  5. Enter the Login information.  Note "amazon"

     

  6. Select Keep on My Iphone
