Motorola Droid Charge by SAMSUNG

1. From the home screen, select Applications.

   

2. Select Settings.

   

3. Select

   Accounts & sync

   

4. Select Add account.

   

5. Select Corporate (Exchange ActiveSync®).

   

6. Enter the appropriate Email address and Password then select Next>.

   

7. Enter the appropriate information into the following fields:
   • Domain - Amazon
   • Username- tuser
   • Passaword- password
   • Exchange server - exchange.rsmas.miami.edu

   

8. Ensure the following settings are configured as appropriate then select Next:
   Enabled when a orange check mark is present.
   • Use secure connection (SSL)
   • Accept all SSL certificates

   

9. If presented, select OK.

   

10. From the Peak time schedule field, select the current setting.

    

11. Select one of the following settings:
    • Push
    • Manual
    • 5 minutes
    • 15 minutes
    • 1 hour
    • 4 hour
    • 12 hour

    

12. From the Off-peak time schedule field, select the current setting.

    

13. Select one of the following settings:
    • Push
    • Manual
    • 5 minutes
    • 15 minutes
    • 1 hour
    • 4 hour
    • 12 hour

    

14. Select any of the following settings then select Next:
    Enabled when a orange check mark is present.
    • Notify me when email arrives.
    • Sync Email
    • Sync contacts
    • Sync calendar

    

15. If desired, enter an account name then select Done.

    

16. If presented Activate device administrator, select Activate.

    

17. If presented, select Password.

    

    1. Enter a password then select Continue.

       

    2. Re-enter the password then select OK

Addtional Email account added

1. Touch Menu.

   

2. Touch Accounts.

   

3. Touch Menu.

   

4. Touch Add account.

   

5. Enter the exchange email address and password then touch Next.

   

6. Touch Exchange account.
   

   

7. Enter the Exchange server settings in the appropriate fields.

   • domain\username
   • password
   • Exchange Server

   

8. If desired, ensure Use secure connection (SSL) and Accept all SSL certificates are checked then click Next.

   

9. Touch the Email Checking frequency dropdown.

   

10. Touch the desired frequency.

    

11. vTouch the Amount to synchronize dropdown.
    

    

12. Touch the desired amount.

    

13. Touch the desired account options then touch Next.

    The account option is enabled if a green check mark is present.

    • Send email from this account by default.
    • Notify me when email arrives.
    • Sync contacts from this account.

    

14. Enter an account name and outgoing message name then touch Done.
