Dive Plan
- Any diving other than normal daytime, openwater, shallower than 100 ft, is prohibited unless specifically authorized in writing by the dive officer, i.e., night diving, cave diving, decompression diving, etc.
- Omission does not imply permission.
- Captain/Diver-In-Charge is/are responsible for terminating dives if conditions are unsafe or exceed authorized dive plan.
- Dive boats must have a boat operator in the boat when divers are in the water unless otherwise specified in this dive plan.
- An approved oxygen delivery system must be on site at all diving operations.
- Regulators must be equipped with alternate air sources (octopus) for dives deeper than 30 ft.
- Dive must be logged in the dive office immediately upon return from the trip/cruise.
