Hello all,
This is an invitation for anyone interested to attend a
Student Intern Symposium next Wednesday, July 25, 1:30 – 3:30 in the AOML first
floor conference room. AOML's Hollings
Scholars and summer student interns will be doing short presentations relating
to their research experiences while here in the lab. It's a wonderful
opportunity to learn about the variety of research being undertaken this summer.
Also our students would appreciate any feedback you can offer them.
Mentors, if you did not receive a prior message, all summer students and
interns are encouraged to participate. The format is wide open. If you
have a summer intern in any capacity, we would love for them to present.
This is a great opportunity for them to practice presenting to a friendly
audience. Please contact me if you know someone who would like to participate.
Please call or email if you have any addition questions,
Maribeth Gidley
