This Wednesday, NHC is hosting a seminar speaker as part of
the HRD-NHC Collaborative Hurricane Applications Research
Team (CHART) seminar mini-series:

"Assimilation of high-resolution hurricane inner-core data with the
HWRF Hurricane Ensemble Data Assimilation System (HEDAS):
Impact of forecast errors on ensemble data assimilation at vortex scales"
