Title: The Marine Life Center for Gulf Restoration & Ocean Conservation Initiative

Guest Speaker: Patrick Barcus (Director of Business Development) and Chuck Fuller
(Director of Business Operations), AquaGreen (www.aquagreen.com)

The Marine Life Center for Gulf Restoration and Ocean Conservation Initiative
will serve as an educational learning center, allowing students from pre-K to
12th grade the ability to learn about the benefits of Gulf restoration through
stock enhancement. It will also serve as an advanced training center for University
students in the field of aquaculture and marine biology, allowing students to get
"hands on experience" in their fields of study.

The Marine Life Center will also establish a state-of-the-art marine
hatchery to implement advanced technology for production and stock
enhancement of species such as cobia, pompano, red drum, amberjack, sea
trout, oysters, scallops, tuna, red snapper, flounder and grouper as well
as a modern, interactive marine life center (Aquarium) with aquatic
exhibits and educational curricula to support & enhance education, ocean
conservation and aquaculture.

AquaGreen, Inc is working to put together a world-class team of top experts
from several University Aquaculture programs throughout the country to carry out the Center's mission.
