RSMAS campus on Virginia Key :

The fascinating history of weather observation in south Florida is reviewed as we prepare to celebrate the 100th 

anniversary of the National Weather Service's establishment of a weather office in Miami.


This leads in to the NWSFO's Open House the following day, April 16th, 10 AM to 2 PM marking the centenary of
the weather service's presence in south Florida.
