HRD TROPICAL WEATHER MAP DISCUSSIONS
=======================================
WHEN:  Weekdays at 12:00 p.m.
WHERE:  AOML 1st floor conference room
DURATION:  Approximately 20-30 minutes
--------------------------------------------------------------------

HRD is continuing its daily map discussions in support of HRD's 2010 Hurricane Field Program.  This week's discussions are being led remotely by forecasters from PREDICT (M-Th) and by Falko Judt from UM/RSMAS (Friday).  Anyone interested is welcome to attend.  Since this year's field program will include collaborations between NOAA, NASA, and NSF's PREDICT Project, the format is slightly different this year:

1) Discussions will focus exclusively on weather systems in the Atlantic basin and will begin earlier than usual (noon).

2) From 19 July - 30 September NOAA, NASA, and NSF will alternate taking the lead on leading forecast discussions.

Please note:
From 19 July - 30 September we will be using NASA's GoToWebinar to open up the discussion to our remote collaborators.  Access to these GoToWebinars is limited (contact Jason Dunion for more information).
For audio, join the NASA conference call line: 866-647-3268; passcode: 9181669

After 30 September we will be using HRD's GoToMeeting to open up the discussion to our remote collaborators.  We'll have a recurring GoToMeeting that can be accessed each day using this link:
For audio, join the HRD conference call line: 1-866-700-1361, passcode 491147.
