Minor in Marine Policy

A minor in Marine Policy is now offered to all UM students by the Rosentiel School. The 15 credit minor will fulfill the People and Society cognate requirement. The minor consists of:

MSC 111 (Introduction to Marine Science, 3 cr)

MSC 112 (Introduction to Marine Science Lab, 1 cr)

12 credits of Marine Policy electives chosen from:

Notes: Students majoring in the School of Marine and Atmospheric Science should replace MSC111 with an additional elective, and all electives must be above and beyond those used for the major.
